This isn't a drive-by display. It's a produced, programmed performance — concert lighting, theatrical effects, and music you feel in your chest — staged on the Connelly-Campion-Wright building in Belmar Plaza.

Belmar Plaza, Belmar. Free; suggested donation $15 per person or $25 per family for RallyCap Sports. Arrive 20 minutes early and dress warm. Weather status is posted here after 2 PM on show days, and the email list hears first if a show is ever cancelled.
